I have ticket #13972, and the user would like to update the Custom field for the Q&A pairs in the Answer Library. When the user tried to update it, the user got the error message, " Answer field is empty". and his question is why do I need to add the Answer for updating the custom field alone?.
I believe it is a valid question. Can we have an API which updates the metafields/properties of the Q&A pairs in the Answer Library. This will be beneficial for all the customers, Please consider this request and do the needful.
Note: The client has expressed his interest that this feature should be enhanced and make it available as soon as possible.
