This request comes from UPS Healthcare.
They uploaded a document and realized after they uploaded that there were 400+ duplicates that were added to their Answer Library, as they already had some of the content in the AL. They're requesting that we add a pop-up that notifies the user that those Q&A pairs are already in the system so they can then choose to add them or delete them prior to duplicating them. This would only be applicable to exact match Q&A pairs. We have similar functionality in the DL when it comes to the File Name.
Not sure if this is something we are considering with CCL.
