Whistic & RFPIO Integration

Is anyone else using the Whistic platform? If so, have you utilized the Whistic/RFPIO integration at all?

We currently have both systems but have been running them separately since there are still some limitations that are pretty significant for our current processes. So I'm curious if anyone else is utilizing the integration and how your experience has been from both a questionnaire and content standpoint.

I do! We set up the Whistic integration at the end of 2022 when it was time to refresh our standardized questionnaires like the SIG, CAIQ, and HECVAT.

What I love is that RFPIO is my single source of truth. We have a collection set up specifically for Standardized Questionnaires. So we can manage that content separately from our main body of content. I also love that in a few clicks, I can bring over the new versions of the questionnaire from Whistic and update my RFPIO collection with the new questions, or vice versa when things have changed on our side it's a click or two and my answers are refreshed in Whistic. And I don't have to do any of the reconciliation.

What Whistic is working on is sending the documents back over in the integration. Currently, it's only Q&A text answers that go back and forth in the integration. So, then you've got to go back and attach any docs that may need to be attached. BUT, when you're talking about an 1100+ question SIG, I'll take the 30 or so manual document updates over using Lookup to bring over all 1100+ questions.

In Q1 I deflected 68% of my security questionnaire volume with Whistic because we have these standardized questionnaires attached to our Whistic Profiles and I can easily manage the updates in RFPIO. When we get a project where Auto Repsond or Recommendations pulls the content from the Standardized Questionnaire collection, I usually go back to our AE or CSM and ask them to share our Whistic profile because what the customer or prospect wants is already there.
