This comes from Optum.
When there are extensive changes made to content and the Moderator wants to accept only some of the changes, there is a process breakdown.
While we can review activities to see the changes made, our next options are limited to only fully revert to the previous version or close the activities window. With the activities window closed, it's now impossible to know all of the changes that were made. Moderators have to try to memorize what changes they want to revert back to. This is really difficult when content is many paragraphs long with extensive edits - as a lot of their content has. So they end up having to go back and forth between making small edits they can remember and opening the activities pane, then close activities to go back to making edits, then open the pane again to review the previous version, then close it again to make some more edits, and so on. Not to mention all these smaller edits fill up the activities, making it progressively more fraught in getting back to the correct previous activity for review.
They'd like to see a side-by-side editing Window. Where they can see the previous version alongside the current version with the ability to edit this current version right there.
We currently offer this functionality today, but only for Subscribed content. Can we offer this functionality to Moderation and the Review queue?

Hi Michael
Thanks for your valuable feedback. This makes sense. We already have a plan for Compare screen to show old and new values of Q&As in moderation. This will be addressed in future enhancements.
