I was on the phone with Ockestra, and they asked about being able to limit the number of authors that are assigned to a Q&A pair. They said that they wanted to restrict their users to a single owner, but I could see this being an organization setting that could be setup to only allow "x" number of authors.
We let them know that they will need to train their users to not add more than 1 for the time being. Let me know if this is something we would consider as an enhancement so that I can update the client.

Here is some of their feedback:
Reporting should only attribute authored/review counts to the users who 'mark as answered' or 'mark as reviewed'. Currently, if a Question has multiple Authors/Reviewers assigned, all assignees are recorded as Authors/Reviewers regardless of who actually provided or reviewed the response. This skews reporting considerably! This would be resolved if it was possible to enforce single-user assignments.
