Feedback from a prospect considering RFPIO (They have Loopio currently)
Their users like to expand all the questions in a section so they have a holistic view of all the Q&A. However, after expanding to show all questions within a Section, if they leave and later return, that section is collapsed again. It is causing frustration on multi-section RFPs, especially for reviewers, who jump between sections frequently.
Given that expanding all questions can carry a loading time penalty, I believe that it would be desirable for the system to remember the user's choices between sessions, and expand those that the user expanded, and vice-versa

Hi Konnor,
Please correct me if I am wrong.
The user is expanding all the questions within the section to explore the detail view of Answer types that we need to workon, the user did it and responding to the questions. Suddenly, the user remembers that he wants to review some of the questions in the AL . Once he completes the review and when he returns back to the same section within the same browser tab. The question are collapsed within the section. Did you see this in View All questions page or within the Section?
