A few changes with regard to our current review process that could be helpful to our customers;
- Ability to individually reassign Q&A pairs to the authors rather than only at the Section level currently.
- In the new UX if a review is completed at a question level, there is no visual indicator like we had in the Classic UX until we open the review pane.
- Two possible ways of handling the behaviour of the Submit for Review button (when a custom review process is set and assuming Pts 1 & 2 are in place);
Easiest way to handle this;
- For a section with 5 Qs, if we set reviewers for 2 Qs then completely disable the Submit for Review button. So when the users/authors are done with their work the reviewers get a notification to do the review. The visual indicator (Pt 2.) would be good enough to show completion of the reviews.
- If the reviewers didn't complete their reviews for the Qs and if a user were to close/complete the section then a warning should be a good reminder indicating that reviews for Qs are pending.
Another way to handle the same;
- For a section with 5 Qs, if we set reviewers for 2 Qs, then the Submit for Review button gets enabled (default behaviour currently).
- Now, if the reviewers were to complete their reviews for the 2 Qs without the users/authors clicking the Submit for Review button then the same should get hidden/disabled the moment both the Qs get reviewed.
- Currently, the button is still visible and if the user were to go ahead and click complete review, the whole section gets completed and locked, so if the other 3 Qs weren't answered, the user would have to reopen the section and the Submit for Review button gets re-enabled.
- In case only 1 Q was reviewed out of the 2 Qs, then the Submit for Review button remains enabled and on clicking the same sends a reminder notification to the pending reviewer to complete their review. But once they complete their review, the section doesn't close until all the questions are unanswered.

Hi George,
Thanks for submitting the idea. Can we discuss again to have a better understanding. I have some good understanding as we don't have a indication if the question has been reviewed in V2, which is under development.
Thanks,
Deepan M

Hi George,
I hope you didn't get a chance to review my lost post. Can you please let me know your availability so that I can get a better clarity

Being able to reassign a single question back to the author just came up on a call with Orckestra. They had 2 different authors within a section w/ 3 questions that is in review and they wanted to reassign just that single question back to the author without impacting the other 2 questions. Currently toggling the "answered" to "unanswered" doesn't notify the author that it has been reassigned to them. It would be nice if we had the ability to reassign individual questions back to the author.
