I was speaking with my customer, FactSet, regarding some answer library clean-up they were working on. When completing a project, they are not using the recommendation engine, because they find it easier to search from the answer library directly so they can use the facet menu on the side. Instead of using the recommendation engine, they simply open the answer library in another window. Unfortunately, this means that they are not getting accurate reporting on where their project content is coming from.
So myS4, would be a request to add the facet menu to the recommendation engine in the project module when you use the pop-out feature. This way they have the full functionality available in the Answer Library, but can still track where answers are coming from in a project.
