PROD-I-166 Show Full Section in a Project When a Section is Added from a Template

All relevant info is in this video recording! Both Genesys and Riverbed have asked to have the same functionality in the new UI that they have in the Classic UI when it comes to viewing and editing the content in a Section that comes from a Section Template they have in RFPIO. I agree with this completely! After you watch the recording, please let me know if you need any additional info:
