PROD-I-176 Default landing page view on responding to assignments via mail

Team, when we respond to question/section specific assignments from within the mail (not Comment related notifications), we should be directed to a landing page where the Recommendations pane is visible, instead it takes us to the comments pane. Issue happens in both the UX. Snaps attached fyr and the same has been illustrated to Deepan.

This is a bug. This should be handled. I have created a bug to address the issue.

This issue seems to be sporadic and sometimes the right pane is not even open. I will let you know once it is fixed.
