PROD-I-184 Need to add a missing feature in New UI that exists in Classic UI

Hello All,

Received a ticket from our client Geodis regarding a missing feature in the New UI.

Words from Client - In the new instance of RFPIO projects, there's not a "next" navigation bar / icon at the bottom of each section in the Grid View. I must go back to the project and navigate to the next section, which is time consuming. Is there a quick fix for this problem?

Whereas we have provided a workaround for this but the client prefers the same navigation button as in the List view. The client needs a fix on this and has mentioned that their organizations SVP Marketing in Paris is coming into town 6/28 -6/30 and he wants a live demo of RFPIO. The information I've provided about the tool has him interested in deploying Globally.

Need your thoughts on this.

@tarun The next and previous button is available for Grid View. Hence marking this S4 as implemented.
