The users would like to have a moderation process for documents. These clients has a lot of documents in their library. Though there are options to manage documents using version control, they would like to have a moderator to approve the changes. With versions, they are able to track the changes but it is already live and accessible to the users even before they quality check is done.
The admins do not get any notification when changes are done or if any new version of document is uploaded until they go and check the versions. The Moderation process will let the admins to see if the change can be accepted and pushed to the library.

Hi Lakshana,
Thank you for bringing this up. Currently when we launch the first phase of Content Library we will not have Moderation for Document content types, but we have it in our roadmap.

Team - I notice this says fixed/implemented, but that does not seem to be the case. New documents go through moderation, but changes/new versions are still not routing through moderation. Should I submt a separate S4 for this? Vizient has asked for this enhancement.

Hey Tara
Thanks for bringing this up. We have introduced document moderation(Phase 1) only for new documents. We do not have a plan to have moderation process for document new version in the near feature. However, we will discuss this with the team and consider it for future enhancements if we receive more customer requests.
Best,
