Enhancement description
When the Responsive-Salesforce integration syncs project information, it should include a field that reports the percentage of questions answered (project completion %) for an RFP, alongside the existing project status. This gives account executives a quantitative view of progress directly in Salesforce, while continuing to respect existing project and licensing setup.
Current behavior / problem
Today the integration surfaces only the project status (for example, "In Progress"). That single value does not convey how far along an RFP actually is. Semarchy's AEs work primarily in Salesforce and want to gauge progress without a Responsive license or opening the project directly, but a status of "In Progress" gives no sense of whether a response is 10% or 90% complete.
Required product behavior
- A completion-percentage field (% of questions answered) should be available to sync to Salesforce in addition to project status.
- The field should update as the project progresses so the value stays current for AEs.
- Visibility should not require a Responsive license for the AE viewing it in Salesforce.
- Existing project status behavior should remain unchanged; this adds to it rather than replaces it.
Business impact
AEs currently lack insight into RFP progress from within Salesforce, seeing only a static "In Progress" status. A completion-percentage field would let them track real progress at a glance, reduce back-and-forth with the response team for status updates, and improve pipeline visibility without adding licenses.
