When adding a document over 100 MB there is no prompt or error that shows that the upload will fail. The UI just spins infinitely.

Hi Phillip,
As of now we show the text message saying that file size has been exceeded, can you please let me know in which page this happened, or can you please check once again. Please find the screenshot below.

Can you try uploading for a project? There is not a prompt when I upload a document over 100 MB for a project.
