The TCW Group wants the ability to dynamically pull the option values of a Salesforce picklist field into a mapped Responsive picklist field. They have a Salesforce picklist field called "scheme" whose available options are updated on a monthly basis, and they want those option changes to flow into Responsive automatically so the corresponding Responsive picklist stays current without manual upkeep.
Today the standard Salesforce integration syncs only the value selected on a given record (Salesforce to Responsive, one direction); it does not read the Salesforce picklist's option set to build or update the list of choices in a Responsive dropdown. As a result, the customer currently recreates and updates the Responsive picklist options manually each month. Supporting automatic option-set sync would remove this recurring manual effort and give customers more control over keeping Responsive dropdowns aligned with their Salesforce source of truth.
