Summary
HPE has requested the ability to connect multiple SharePoint URLs within the platform. As a global organization, HPE has multiple teams and business units that operate across separate SharePoint instances, each containing distinct and relevant content that needs to be accessible.
Today, the client is limited in their ability to connect and access content across these separate SharePoint environments. This creates a gap for global teams that rely on distributed SharePoint structures and need centralized access to content across multiple organizational repositories.
Business Need
HPE has described this capability as critical. Their organization’s SharePoint structure reflects how their global teams operate, with different parts of the business maintaining separate instances and content repositories. Without support for multiple SharePoint URL connections, HPE cannot fully enable all intended users and use cases.
This capability is also tied to potential expansion opportunities with the client. Supporting multiple SharePoint URLs would help address a current blocker and strengthen the platform’s ability to support large, complex enterprise customers with distributed content ecosystems.
Requested Capability
The client is requesting the ability to:
Connect multiple SharePoint URLs or instances within the platform.
Allow separate business units or teams to access their specific SharePoint content.
Support global enterprise customers whose content is distributed across multiple SharePoint environments.
Manage access to content across these SharePoint URLs in a scalable and secure way.
Client Impact
This is a critical requirement for HPE’s global team. Lack of this functionality may limit adoption, reduce the value the client can realize from the platform, and create friction around future expansion opportunities.

HPE would like to understand:
Whether support for multiple SharePoint URLs will be added to the roadmap.
If so, when this enhancement may be prioritized.
When they could reasonably expect this functionality to become available.
