Expose Project Completed Date in API

Accruent would like to have the field "Project Completed Date" exposed in the API. They are trying to create BI dashboards via the API and this is a critical field for them to access.

@Khalees V - They are using the Responsive Rest API currently. Project Completed Date is not an exposed field within our API.
