From Cigna - I’d like to be able to add a note to Related Content, so we can give users an indication of what the relationship between the content actually is. Adding that would help users find the Related content that is the most relevant for their need more quickly, and it would enable us to replace some of the Critical Notes we currently have – for example:
For clinical and chart audits, see AL6267; for health care provider audits, see AL6268; and for financial audits, see AL6269.
For pharmacy audits, see AL2381.
If asked about additional audits, see AL6071.
For more details about client audits of customer service calls (call listening), see AL6334.
If asked about significant errors found in external audit see AL6071.
I’m thinking maybe the best way would be something where Related Content is nested underneath the note – so if two Related Content records have the same context, they would nest underneath, so the Related Content screen would be structured more like this.
