PROD-I-537 Allow clients to have their specific Default Template to export content out to

Kaiser (and other clients) have requested that we allow them to export content out of hte AL in their own Template that they can set as the Default. A lot of clients find that our templates are not helpful for them and it causes them to do more work than needed to get the document to how it should look.
