Assign multiple project to a QA pair- CONV-4246

Current behaviour
When adding a Q&A pair to the Content Library, only one project can be assigned to it. There is no option to associate the same Q&A pair with multiple projects simultaneously.

Expected behaviour
Users should be able to assign multiple projects to a single Q&A pair in the Content Library. This would allow teams to reuse content across projects without duplicating Q&A entries, improving efficiency and content management.
