Enhancement Request: API Support for Catalog Updates

Customer Need
Customers managing large volumes of structured content need the ability to programmatically create, update, and synchronize Catalog records from external systems.

Current Limitation
Catalog updates require intermediary workflows and manual configuration rather than direct synchronization from source systems.

Requested Enhancement
Provide API endpoints that support:

Create Catalog records
Update existing Catalog records
Delete Catalog records
Bulk import/update Catalog records
Synchronize Catalog data from external systems

Business Value

Reduces manual maintenance of Catalog content
Enables automated synchronization from systems of record
Improves scalability for customers managing hundreds or thousands of Catalog records
Reduces implementation and support effort for Catalog-centric deployments

Customer Example
Adams & Reese needed to manage and maintain 300+ attorney bios within Catalogs. Direct API support would have enabled automated synchronization of those records rather than requiring manual workflows and ongoing maintenance.

@naveen @support Thanks for the S4. I understand that we do not have external api(s) to add, update, delete, bulk import, synchronize catalogs.

We have already finalized the roadmap for 2026 H2 we do not have this in our roadmap.

If this is high priority for renewal please let us know whether this can be priotized for H1 2027? FYI @Natalie Berigan

@naveen @support RRT team will be doing the development of individual add, update and delete catalog API. Bulk update and synch is something we do not have right now and we will not be picking this now. In future if other customers request for bulk update and synch then we will be considering for future implementation.

ETA for individual add, update and delete catalog API will be shared in day or two.
