When a Question is edited by two or more authors at the same time, there is a possibility that the work of one author is lost and only one gets saved. (User is aware of the notification that pop ups when two are working simultaneously).
Even in the pop up message we do not have the option to save our work and accept incoming changes. If we accept incoming changes, our work is lost. If we discard, the other users work is lost.
This results in users work not being saved and also no activity showing for the same. Hence a lock option for question edited by an user would prevent others from editing the editing it.
