Spoke with Product Team, @Khalees V and he shared that this feature is NOT available as this is Currently not possible. We need to consider this as enhancement request.

Our Executive Leader at Grifols is requesting to have the abilty to translate at the question level. They have many different countries that work in primary language and need to translate specific questions during the Tender Process. It doesn't make sense to translate the entire project for them because SMEs have a very tactical approach to answering questions in the regions primary language.

Hi @Khalees V I wanted to circle back here and see if you had a chance to review this S4. Our Executive Leader is looking at this as a feature as they've been facing this friction globally since the beginning of the year. Any insights you can share would be greatly appreciated.

@ginno No update on this. This is not in my Q3 roadmap. If we consider later, i will keep you informed.
