Idea Summary:
Customers using the Responsive Projects Visualforce plugin within Salesforce Opportunity pages would like the ability to customize the columns displayed in the projects table. Currently, the displayed columns are fixed and cannot be modified to include additional project metadata such as Project Type.
Use Case:
Organizations managing multiple project types (e.g., RFPs, Security Questionnaires, Due Diligence Requests, etc.) need greater visibility directly within Salesforce. Being able to display the Project Type column in the Visualforce plugin would allow users to quickly identify and differentiate projects without having to open them individually or navigate to Responsive.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide administrators with the ability to configure which Responsive project fields are displayed in the Salesforce Visualforce plugin, including support for Project Type and other relevant project metadata fields.
Business Value:
- Improves visibility and usability for Salesforce users.
- Reduces the need to open individual projects to identify project types.
- Enhances reporting and project tracking directly from Opportunity records.
- Provides greater flexibility for organizations with diverse project workflows and classifications.
