Update of Last Updated when a record has a metadata change

I am submitting this on behalf of SAP. As of 5/726 this is one of the top 6 product ideas. The customer states this was already submitted in 2024.

When you import updates to records, the Last Updated Date only updates if there are changes to the Response/question. Many of our changes are to metadata fields and without Last Updated Date as a way to post- filter an update load to check that everything "took".

@support We have not received similar request from other customers and hence we did not move forward with this request. As of now we will put this on hold.
