Fortrea's main use case for Sharepoint integration is ablity to search sharepoint forlders in Sections.

Feedback from ticket: We reviewed the recording and L2 discussed it with the product team. The SharePoint search works based on question keywords, not the section description. To enable search using sections, they indicated this would need to be raised as an S4 request.

Additionally, the section description is initially populated automatically, but it appears the user is removing it and manually copying and pasting the description. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference, please let me know if I’ve misunderstood anything.
