Current Behavior: Currently, when filtering Q&A pairs in the Content Library using a custom field (in this case, the "SME" custom field), users can only filter by entering a specific value in the field. There is no option to filter using conditions such as:
- Include — show Q&A pairs that contain a specific value in the custom field.
- Exclude — show Q&A pairs that do not contain a specific value.
- Any / Blank — show Q&A pairs where the custom field is empty or has no data populated.
These filter options are available for other standard filters in the Advanced Search but are currently not available for custom fields.
Expected / Requested Behavior:The client would like the ability to filter Q&A pairs in the Content Library by custom fields using advanced conditions, specifically the ability to identify and filter out Q&A pairs where the "SME" custom field is blank or has no data entered. This would allow the team to quickly identify content gaps and manage Q&A pair data more efficiently.
Business Impact:Without this capability, the client is unable to identify Q&A pairs that are missing SME information, making it difficult to manage content quality and completeness at scale.
