Bulk option for Primary BU update (TKT-215698)

The client is requesting a feature that allows bulk updating of Q&A pairs, specifically to change the primary Business Unit (BU) to another BU.

At present, the bulk update functionality only supports updating the Shared BU, and there is no available option to modify the primary BU in bulk. The client would like this capability to streamline managing and reassigning Q&A pairs across Business Units.
