The save in answer library switch is now just an icon which is not easy for end users to find/remember. Can we please add back in the text which stipulates it's purpose. It is also now two clicks to turn on save in answer library which might seem small, but add up over time when in large RFPs, can we please make this a one click option again?

Completely agree with Tara here. This is 1) difficult to see and 2) requires two clicks and 3) requires retraining users. Can we please revert to the former toggle switch?

Hi Tara & Monica,
It does make sense. May I know how many of your client enquired about it.
Thanks,

Thanks Deepan, I had it come up on a call with a couple of customers actually. I've been off for a week, so I can't remember off the top of my head who but can track it down if it's helpful.

On this topic...
Wondering if we can consider changing the terminology from "Save in Answer Library" to something else:
"Add to Content Library"
"Suggest for Content Library"
"Add as a new QA pair"
"Store as new QA pair"
???
The term "SAVE" is used twice already on the Response field: to "Save" their work in the response, and also "Save and Next".
During Onboarding, we spend a lot of time explaining how "Save in Answer Library" actually works. Customers seem to get confused with another "Save" option, and it makes them believe they are saving their answer on an existing QA used from Recommendations.
Just a thought here and curious what other OC's and CSMs think about this.

Milcah,
We will move this to a separate request. But to answer your question - we haven't touch the labels and messages, as we expect Classic and CCL to co-exist for some time. When CCL reaches sufficient threshold of adoption we will update labels to content library. And I see what you are saying about "Save in". We will take this into account.

thanks @Sunder! makes sense - will be excited about the future consideration for changing the labels.

Beeline is also saying this is frustrating to them.
