Detailed Description:
The customer uploads recently submitted proposals and would like the system to automatically analyze these documents against the Content Library. The goal is to detect content (questions, answers, or sections) present in the uploaded file but absent in the Content Library.
This feature would help customers:
- Identify gaps in their Content Library
- Improve content coverage and reusability
- Reduce manual effort in reviewing and adding new Q&A pairs
- Continuously enhance the quality of their library based on real proposal data
Expected Behavior:
- User uploads a proposal document (Word/Excel/PDF)
- System scans and extracts Q&A/content
- Compares extracted content with existing Content Library
- Highlights:
- Content already موجود in the library
- New/missing content not موجود in the library
- Option to review and directly add missing content to the Content Library
Use Case:
Organizations frequently reuse content from past proposals. This feature would enable them to systematically improve their Content Library by identifying and capturing new content from completed proposals.
