Bulk Update Archived Projects

Prime Therapeutics has several projects that were archived and not marked complete. They now want to go back and mark all of these projects as complete for historical reporting.

Currently in this scenario a user must unarchive each project one by one, mark complete, then rearchive. Prime would like the ability to bulk update and mark all projects complete.
