Request:
Enable clearer tracking and visibility of changes made at the question level, specifically when only style-related updates are performed in Q&A responses.
Current Limitation:
Currently, when a user modifies only the style of a response, the activity log captures the change but does not display any visible difference between the old and new values. This makes it difficult to identify what exactly was modified unless the style differences are significantly distinct.
Proposed Solution:
Enhance the activity tracking mechanism to explicitly highlight style-related changes. This could include:
- Displaying a structured diff for style attributes
- Adding indicators or labels for style-only updates
- Providing a more detailed audit trail that captures non-content changes

- Enhances user trust by providing clearer activity tracking
