A current gap in workflow functionality exists in relation to the submission and un-submission workflow.
If a Responsive Issuing customer sends out a request, and then a responder submits their proposal by the due date, there is no mechanism that exists to stop a responder (a paid customer, or Invited Vendor) from unsubmitting their proposal any time after that due date.
Although the likelihood of this ocurring is relatively low, this does represent a high risk gap that we need to address with the product so that we do not have customers experience issues with the product that would impact their evaluation and scoring stage.
