We are currently experiencing an issue with updating a project custom field. We need to change a field from "Is Profile Center included?" to "Is Trust Center included?" Unfortunately, if we do so, it wipes out all historical data related to that field in historical projects. We'd like to have a way to update this field in bulk for all projects it has wiped the info out, but there are two problems to this…1, we have no way to make the bulk update, and 2, even individually, we can not update this field without also updating fields that were not applicable at the time the project was completed (because they are now mandatory). For example, we currently track which of our pricing packages we are proposing in the Response. These packages do not apply to any projects from 2024 or older. But as the field is now required, we can not update a historical project from 2024 with the correct Trust Center data without also completing the irrelevant field that is now required. Perhaps to solve for this, we could give admins the right to override required fields?
