Hi team,
Currently in AI workflows we're seeing an uptick on client's removing internal notes in their answer text fields and using other fields, such as Annotation or Alert texts, to organize their internal notes. This helps keep the client facing data client facing, and ensures our AI will not interpret an internal note for client facing data.
In reviewing workflow with Prime, we have found that it is extremely difficult to check for annotations when running AI Draft or AI Assistant (and ASK, for that matter). Currently if a response is not verbatim and uses multiple sources, the annotation is not visible. The client will have to manually go in, click on the sources, and check for annotations. This is a large time suck for the client, and can easily be missed by an untrained extended user.
Can you please consider incorporating better visibility for annotations, so that users are able to capture them more easily when using AI in their project workflow?
