When we are using recommendation engine from the right panel, we often find content which might suite another question. But, when we go to the other question, the recommendation panel refreshes with new content corresponding to the selected question.
If there was an option to open a Q&A pair in a new window (probably in the content library page), we can copy content from it to the other question seamlessly.

Hi Samrat,
Thanks for submitting the idea. The recommendation loads based on the questions that we are in. Also, the recommendation shows based on the algorithm working behind and provide the closest results. Please let me know if my understand is wrong. We can undock the recommendation in a new window but not the single question.

Hi Deepan, this is more a feature for convenience. Often there are times when there would be a certain Q&A pair that has enough information to fill up other Qs within the same section e.g. a Q&A pair detailing SLAs can be used to fill any follow-up Qs within the SLA section instead of getting different results based on the matching keywords of the follow-up Qs within the Recommendations. We could use Lookup for the same as a workaround but again if we could pop the specific Q&A pair, it makes it more convenient to use it as a reference.
