Verbatim with User Permissions

Equinix would like us to consider having user permissions related to verbatim, where the system would allow some users to have editing capabilities within projects/AI to verbatim answers, but others to no have any access to edit the verbatim answer within a project/AI.

@Erica Nelson Can you elaborate on this request. If AI shows the response from a verbatim Q&A pair any user can edit the response after applying it in project question. What should happen here?

@sathish s —- If a lower level user applies a verbatim answer, the team does not want them to be able to edit it at all, even when it is applied to a project (if it is edited, it is no longer verbatim). They want to have higher level users be able to be assigned to be able to edit answers either in the project or the library.

@Erica Nelson I think this should be platform level permission and not limited to content library. Am I right? Moreover even if this is possible then this can be controlled only within responsive application but not externally. Example, when the low level users use look up → apply the verbatim answer to external word doc then they can edit the same. I hope this makes sense.
