Unique/Out of the box ways to be using RFPIO.

This is a discussion post for all the ways any users use RFPIO that are more unique or out of the box. RFPIO can be used in a multitude of ways, never limit what the platform can do for you! Please leave any tips, best practices, and ingenious ways you use the tools to your benefit.

Both our sales and marketing teams utilize RFPIO to store PowerPoint slide decks. The marketing team is assigned as owners of the PPT content, allowing them to make any necessary changes. This enables the Sales Team to feel confident that they are utilizing the correct branded content when presenting to the client. The Sales Team uses their LookUp extension in order to custom-build their decks, saving them tons of time!

Our company uses RFPIO to store confidential information that has to be re purposed on a constant basis. I created a collection with Q&A's where each Q&A holds specific information. This way when I have to fill out a form from another company, the information is at my fingertips.

We have started using Section Templates to compile our order forms. All the 'legal' jargon is there, and we have a customized Intake for this type of request, which has been mapped to automatically pull into the Order Form. All the team has to do is paste in a screenshot of the pricing, and with just a tiny bit of formatting it is ready to go. They are usually complete within 20 minutes or less so it does not impact our concurrent project count much (if at all).

Since the content library includes the most up to date and correct info, we have started using it as part of onboarding new sales teammembers!

We're loading and reformatting hundreds of resumes into RFPIO so we can easily track and request SMEs to update their resume before and during projects. Currently, the resumes are stored in a company/wide database and they're not tracked/updated at all.

We own data. So we are using a Project to list every single data attribute available. Within each attribute, we have the name, description, geographies of the audience, total records, any modeling, and more. Once completed, it will live in the Content Library in its own Collection, which anyone in the company can access.

That's another thing. When people are onboarded to our company, they use Okta to gain access to all of our tools. They automatically get RFPIO added. This way, they can search for anything they need.
