Problem Statement: The user would like to bulk format the style and the font color for a particular project. Currently, customers can apply Default Content Formatting only at the organization level, and it affects new or newly edited answers.
There is no way to bulk-update formatting (e.g., font color) for answers that are already completed within a project. Users must manually update each answer one by one, which is time-consuming for large projects.
Customer Request
The customer would like the ability to:
- Bulk update formatting (specifically font color, e.g., blue) for all existing answers within a single project.
- Optionally, apply this formatting during export (Word) as a simpler alternative — for example, exporting all answers in a chosen color without modifying each answer in the UI.
Proposed Enhancement
- Project-level bulk formatting tool
Allow users to select a project and apply formatting (font color, spacing, etc.) to all existing answers at once.
- Export-level formatting option
Provide an option during Word export to define answer formatting (e.g., “Export all answers in blue”).
Business Impact
- Saves significant manual effort for large RFPs
- Improves consistency of exported documents
- Enhances usability for customers with strict branding or document standards
