PROD-I-578 Answer Recommendations - Search inside the documents as well

Searching for keywords is checking only inside Q or A pair and getting the recommendations. However, it would be helpful if we search inside all the documents as well. We can add a filter criterion asking users if they want to "search inside all the documents" as well. One of the clients was checking for this requirement. For some questions, they needed only a smaller portion of any of their product documents. Instead of them manually searching for it in all the documents, it would be helpful if we provided that option to search. As we are merging both "Q&A" and "Documents" in CCL, adding this feature would enhance the user experience
