The current Super Admin user is no longer with our company. How can I change and/or delete it?

To clarify, any changes related to a Super Admin role need to be handled through your dedicated CSM. Typically, when a Super Admin is leaving the organization, they are required to directly request this change.
However, in cases where that’s not possible, you can absolutely raise this as a request with your CSM for assistance. This will be handled as a custom request by our team.
