My client had an idea that if they could build out a proposal with their sections that are in the CCL in English but needed the entire proposal translated to Spanish, Chinese, Swedish, etc. They could simply select an option from a dropdown once the proposal has been built and it translates the entire thing. Then, they wouldn't need to have separate sections in the CCL that would bloat the library that are all different languages. They could simply keep the CCL in English and then just select whatever language they were needing the proposal to be when it was all pulled together and ready for export.
