When a Salesforce field (e.g., Due Date) is linked to a Responsive field (e.g., Project Due Date), Salesforce is the source of truth. Updates from Salesforce sync to Responsive automatically and currently show as made by support@rfpio .com.
If we can’t track the specific Salesforce user, can the Activity Log at least show that the change was made via the Salesforce sync? A clear indicator like “Updated via Salesforce Integration” would reduce confusion and address a common security/audit concern.
