Responsive currently allows integration with SharePoint sites, but the configuration applies at the site level. This means all content within the selected site is accessible, which can lead to unnecessary data exposure and clutter.
Requested Enhancement:
Enable the ability to select specific folders within the chosen SharePoint sites during integration setup. This would allow administrators to define a more granular scope for content synchronization, ensuring only relevant folders are included.
Business Value:
- Improves data governance by limiting access to only necessary content.
- Reduces noise in the content library, making searches and responses more efficient.
- Enhances security and compliance by preventing inadvertent exposure of sensitive or unrelated documents.
Example Use Case:
Our team manages multiple projects within a single SharePoint site, each organized into separate folders. We only need Responsive to access the “RFP Responses” folder, not the entire site structure.
