Unable to mark table as answer without mapping questions in Excel files.

We have this request from Alexander Merryman - PIMCO. When mapping a "table as answer" in an excel file without a question, it does not import though we have mapped the section. However in word file, it import the section name as question name and imports the table as answer. Client is requesting the same behavior in excel as well.
