Hiding/removing the custom field from showing up in the Project about page:

We have an request from the client Angelika Joachimowicz - Genetec. Client has an custom field, which they no longer want their users to use. Hence they would like it hidden/removed from the project creation/about page. They would not want to delete it as they would like to maintain the custom field association with the past projects.
