Description:
Clients with strict regulatory and compliance requirements need the ability to turn off the AI Draft feature for certain users, while still allowing those users to access AI assistance at the individual question level.
Current Limitation:
Today, AI Draft access is can not be disabled, which doesn’t accommodate compliance-sensitive teams that must restrict generative capabilities for certain roles or individuals.
Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce user-level or role-based controls that allow admins to:
- Disable AI Draft for specific users or groups.
- Keep AI Assistant active for question-level interactions.
Impact:
This feature would help regulated clients (e.g., financial, legal, or government sectors) remain compliant while continuing to benefit from AI-powered efficiencies in safer, scoped ways.
