Using of Content Reference Tag within Q&A pairs - Need user friendly view

Hi Team,

See below request from our customer ZKB:

I would like to place a new, very important request on our behalf.

When we insert Content Reference Tag within Q&A pairs, responsive tool currently offers very user-unfriendly view (dropdown). The names of content reference tags are not visible, i.e. the tag names are not fully displayed.

We set up multiple variations of similar tags (deeding on product line, target market, language), however with the current view it is impossible to see the full tag names. Unfortunately, the tag names do not become visible even if we place the cursor on a selected tag (highlighted) in green.

Under current set up, it is impossible for us to work with these CR-tags and therefore I classified this issue as a bug with high priority (rather than usability question), line 48. See updated tracker, dated today attached. Please address this issue to the relevant team and deal with it with high priority.

@support We will check the feasibility of whether can show the full name of the tag as a tool tip on hover and then consider for future enhancement.

@manjula Can this be taken by RRT? It seems to be a low hanging fruit and it is a priority for ZKB. FYI @Sathishkumar GK
