Additional context directly from our POC:
We have hundreds of account associates and account managers who submit DDQs & RFPs and eventually need to provide their own edits, however, they do not have licenses for Responsive. Often, Account Managers are working on providing their edits at the same time that we are waiting on SMEs to provide their responses. This creates a big gap when it comes to version control and ensuring the latest edits are in response.
