Preserve “Verbatim” Indicator on Answering Page
Summary: When an AI Draft response is applied to a question and marked as Verbatim, the visual indicator correctly displays within the AI Draft interface. However, once that response is applied and viewed from the Answering Page, the Verbatim icon is no longer visible. This creates a risk that users—particularly reviewers or collaborators—may inadvertently edit content that should remain unchanged.
Current Behavior:
- The Verbatim icon (visual cue) appears within the AI Draft interface.
- After applying the response, that icon disappears from the Answering Page.
- Reviewers or team members have no immediate visual indication that the response is meant to remain unedited.
Proposed Enhancement:
- Display the Verbatim icon or tag next to any response marked as Verbatim on the Answering Page (and ideally in all subsequent review views).
- This ensures visibility and consistency across all stages of the drafting and review process.
Business Impact / Rationale:
- Maintains content integrity for responses requiring exact wording (e.g., legal, regulatory, or client-approved statements).
- Prevents accidental edits by reviewers or collaborators who are unaware of the Verbatim designation.
